"We would not have it any other way. Three and half years, one rental, one purchase, and working on one sale, We would not consider anyone else to represent us. We came from Philadelphia in 1996 looking to rent because of a job transfer. Paula had a rental property of her own listed in the paper, We responded to that ad and met Paula. What she had available was not large enough for us. A week later, back in Philadelphia (still with no place to live and moving to the South Shore area), we received a phone call. Paula was at the other end asking when we would be back in town to look. She found a place that we might be interested in, Who would have known that she would have kept looking. Paula found us the perfect rental (which we took). Even more impressive was that she had taken the time to compile a list of other properties from a local paper and scheduled appointments for us to see them. The time and effort that she devoted to helping us (and after we did not rent her property) spoke volumes for her character and determination. When the time came for us to purchase a home, we would not have considered anyone else. For well over a year Paula worked with us (no easy task) and, once again, success, Now we have been transferred again. There were no tough decisions when it came to picking the best representation available. We have enough to worry about when it comes to relocating with a new job. We firmly believe that we could not have anyone better selling our house. It is rare to find someone you can consistently count on with such dedication.
